Many are members of local Trade Unions.
The Three Haven Trade Guild (THTG) is a practical extension of that mission. Operated as a Shopify store, the Trade Guild offers goods with purpose, where all proceeds are directed toward supporting local sick and needy funds. It serves as a bridge between work and compassion, turning everyday commerce into direct community care.
A Guild, viewed through a union labor lens, is an organized body of skilled workers who unite to protect their trade, uphold standards, and secure fair wages, conditions, and dignity in their work. It is not just a professional association, but a collective force that prioritizes the well-being of its members over outside profit interests.
